Feeling rejuvenated in the Pyrenees!
Hiked 8km today in 3 hours.
The elevation gain being 1640 feet.
To put that in perspective, the St. Louis Arch is 630 feet!
My cardiac muscle got a great workout, as did my mental muscle!
Grateful for the cardio days at Fast Fitness Boot Camp for making it possible!
Last year this same hike took me 45 minutes longer!
I’d call this a non scale victory!
